Just when you thought you 've seen it all, you find yourself in a three month old restaurant with a legendary chef and no Michelin stars (yet). Then you discover what the phrase "Worth a special trip" means!
Tacked away in the woods, in a village about an hour and 20' from Strasbourg, this establishment is about to rock the entire French culinary world! Expect a new entry of 2 stars.
Money was not an object when Villa Rene Lalique was renovated. Contrary, it was an ally for creating the ultimate lavish environment which showcase the famous Lalique crystals. The restaurant is of course related to the Lalique historic business.
On the day of the visit (December 2015) the food served was divine! Everything was amazing...
