Located in a secluded area away from the city lights, Mugaritz restaurant is a milestone for anybody who cares about good food.
A simple and modest establishment, Mugaritz was hard to find as it is situated on top of a hill about 10 minutes outside Errateria (the easiest way to get there is by using its GPS position coordinates).
Upon arrival, one senses the intense feeling that you are in good hands. Take a good look around. Feel the aura of this superb establishment. Once you let it sink in, buckle up.
On the tables, bent plates and two greeting cards in tiny envelopes with a message.
We were told that neither cream nor butter were added to the food, so one can assume that flavors are quite virgin. Actually, this is one of the few times that it is worth analyzing every dish....
