Situated inside the luxurious Fagiano Hotel, this is one of the finest in the area. During our visit in September 24, we had dinner at the veranda overlooking lake Garda. The idyllic setting was accompanied by excellent service and a sparkling menu.
Priced at €130, menu included 7 courses, 4 amuse bouche and 5 petite four. Deep flavours, complex techniques and mature ingredient choosing set the foundation for an incredible dining experience. Compared to other one Michelin star restaurants in the area, Il Fassano seemed to be closer to the two star galaxy.
