Situated within an idyllic, pedestrian area near the canal, 28 Posti is mentioned in the Michelin guide. It was quite busy on the night of our visit, a Tuesday in September 24. There was a surprise degustation menu and a la carte options. We tried several dishes from the latter, including the shrimp, the mushroom-potato-parmesan, the pigeon with offal, beef with tomato, and the grouper. All the dishes were professionally prepared and properly presented. We were very happy when the chef took it upon him to prepared our dishes in smaller portions and separate plates. We found it very thoughtful. In general, the service was very friendly and efficient. Even though we ordered a la carte, we were also treated to the chef amuse bouche and petit fours.
