Loud, vibrant and fun, the Ron Gastrobar is quite different than the other Michelin Star restaurants. On the night of the visit which was a Saturday, it was a full house, feeling a bit chaotic at times for the stuff. Food was coming out slowly from the kitchen due to the heavy traffic. Food was average compared to Michelin standards but judging from its popularity, people don't mind as they enjoy the relaxed and funky pub's ambience. Some creative splashes here and there, included the foie presented as ice cream, the spare ribs presented in a nitro cloud and the ice cream bucket at the end.
