Hedone belongs to a Swedish man, ex-attorney / blogger / chef / and now a decorated restaurateur. With guts, from what you can read in his Wiki profile adventures with bad guys.
The casual and relaxed decoration declares its insignificance compared to the star of this culinary adventure, which is of course the food. Complicated flavors with depth and volume, designed to lure just about anybody into a game of the senses. Everything we had was sensational including desserts! Stimulating and inspiring!
Service was professional and up to the expected level from this Michelin star restaurant.
Our only regret was that we did not order the long menu. In regards to the bill, it was worth every penny, even though it was expensive!
It is located off center so do allow at least 40' if you are going by train.
