Rarely a restaurant would surprise us. Le Neuvieme Art did!
Situated in the heart of the busy Lyon, the unassuming restaurant had a lot going on.
Considering its 2 Michelin star rating, we could assume that an enjoyable lunch was ahead. Adding to that honor, the MOF title of the chef owner, ensured success.
On the day of the visit, the lunch we had surpassed even those high expectations! It was almost perfect! Amazing presentations, intense flavours and an adventurous menu, which was reasonably priced, contrary to other fine establishments in this star neighborhood.
Service was professional.
Le Neuvieme Art is not just a restaurant. It's a school every culinary student, lover and fan should visit at least once. We would love to return.
