The prestigious starred restaurant Zuberoa offers a traditional fine dining experience. Zuberoa is located in a 600 year old Basque farmhouse in a valley in Oiartzun, near San Sebastián. If you are driving just put the GPS coordinates.
Make sure you allow at least half an hour before your reservation time when calculating what time to go, in case you get lost. You have the option to dine inside or on the terrace overlooking the gardens, preferred by returning customers.
The restaurant was fully booked (both of the terrace and inside) on the Saturday in August which means the restaurant has some loyal followers who love traditional gourmet classics. That is what is being served at Zuberoa. Fine classics.
Pricing was also quite reasonable, adding value for money to the food.
