"Has the attention of the world during the controversial San Fermin festival"

Pamplona or Iruña as it is called in Spanish, has the attention of the whole world during the controversial San Fermín festival. The scenes with raging bulls and daring men in white, running in the streets of Pamplona are quite famous. From the 6th till the 14th of July, Pamplona becomes a bloody arena. Not sure how much fun it can be seeing wounded men and bulls on the ground, but a lot of tourists seem to think it is exciting.

If you visit any other time, Pamplona is a small picturesque town with a Medieval center and narrow cobbled stone streets.
