"Loved its authenticity and charm."

If you want to avoid the mainstream tourist restaurants in the center of old Brussels, L'Ogenblik restaurant is an alternative choice. It is a bit expensive but it serves quality food in a charming and authentic ambience. One of the better options in a highly touristic area.

On the day of the visit, tuna tartar was very fresh and steaks were tender and properly cooked. The daily special was only €12 for the tight budgets.

Service at L'Ogenblik comes with some attitude, but not necessarily in a bad way. You have to appreciate the authenticity of this place and if you accept it, visit it. Otherwise there are plenty of tourist places in the area.
