Decorated in minimal white and natural wood tones, Hisop has a relaxed ambience and a cool vibe.
During our Thursday night visit, there was a chipped water glass on our table which was replaced when we showed it. The degustation menu was priced at €64 & €94 with pairings which turned out to be a safe choice without any surprises.
Interestingly, we were not offered Amuse Boucher or Petites Fours which are usually served at star level establishments.
Service was average and at some instances, careless.
